**Occupational Therapy Specialist Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults and children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs, delivering high-quality therapeutic services that make a real difference in their lives.

The successful candidate will possess relevant occupational therapy qualifications, experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with key partners. You will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans, working closely with clinicians and other professionals to deliver exceptional services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to adults and children with complex needs.
  • Contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans, working collaboratively with clinicians and other professionals.
  • Manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
