About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our Dundee store team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store is well-managed and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and helping them find what they need.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the store, following security procedures.
  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized, with products priced correctly.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandise, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
  • Operate the till for card and cash payments, with training provided if necessary.
