## Job Title: Retail Jewellery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Jewellery Manager to join our team at Prestige, a fast-growing high-end asset lender and retailer in the pre-loved luxury goods market.

## Job Summary

As a Retail Jewellery Manager, you will be responsible for appraising, buying, loaning against, and retailing luxury goods, including high-end watches, jewellery, and other pre-owned items. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

## Key Responsibilities

* Appraise and value luxury goods, including watches, jewellery, and other pre-owned items
* Buy and sell luxury goods, including high-end watches and jewellery
* Loan against luxury goods, providing customers with flexible financing options
* Retail luxury goods, including high-end watches and jewellery
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers

## Requirements

* Experience working in pawnbroking, jewellery, gemmology, or auction houses
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for luxury goods
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
