**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated Respite Worker to join our team. As a Respite Worker, you will provide temporary care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide respite care to individuals and families on an occasional, weekly basis, or potentially over the course of a weekend period depending on the needs of the family.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
