Job Summary

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. You will also be responsible for credit control, chasing outstanding arrears, and resolving direct debit queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Process and reconcile invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Chase outstanding arrears and resolve direct debit queries
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • IT literate with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in credit control and accounts receivable
  • Knowledge of Access Dimensions and Salesforce is desirable but not essential
