Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Host to join our team at the Barracuda. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.



Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food service, managing orders and inventory effectively
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offerings
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment



Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu knowledge and inventory management
