Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

Join our team at Mytime Active and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences in our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive experience in our food and beverage outlets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
  • Operate a cash register accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Assist with stock management, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in food service and customer support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
