Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and handle customer transactions efficiently.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, including food handling and storage.
  • Supervise the front of house area, ensuring that it is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the manager, ensuring that the customer experience is not compromised.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
