We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at CV Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordination and Mentoring: Lead and develop the Maintenance Engineering Team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Project Management: Plan, manage, and deliver projects related to maintenance and engineering, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Contractor Management: Oversee the management of contractors on site, ensuring they are properly supervised and that their work meets our quality and safety standards.
- Team Appraisals: Conduct regular appraisals of team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- KPI Management: Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's performance, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives and that progress is regularly reviewed and reported.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, promoting a proactive approach to preventing equipment failure and ensuring that maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Electrical Bias: You will have a strong electrical bias, having served an apprenticeship and having excellent understanding of food or process production.
- PPM Experience: You will have practical experience of overseeing PPM schedules/implementation, quality, and waste.
- Leadership Skills: You will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
