Job Title: Private Client Tax Partner/Director

Job Description:

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Partner/Director to join one of Kent's leading chartered accountancy practices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for private client services and a proven track record in leading and managing a tax department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the private client tax department, ensuring high-quality service delivery
* Provide expert advice on a range of private client tax matters, including inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic tax planning solutions
* Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated client solutions
* Oversee a team made up of Managers, Seniors, and Trainees
* Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the firm and be involved in networking and marketing events

Requirements:

* ACA/CTA qualified, with substantial experience in private client tax
* Proven track record in leading and managing a tax department
* In-depth knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
* Ability to interpret and apply complex tax legislation
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
* Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to the firm's growth
