Pest Control Specialist

This role involves providing expert pest control services to customers across commercial and residential sectors. As a Pest Control Specialist with Rentokil Initial, you will receive industry-leading training to support our customers with their pest control requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
  • Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
  • Offer valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
  • Completing accurate reports after every visit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence, for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
  • Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support the business need.
