Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Boar's Head Brand team as a Deli Slicer. As a key member of our deli team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

• We are seeking a skilled Deli Slicer to work in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail and efficiency are paramount.
  
• In this role, you will be responsible for slicing, packing, and labeling meats, cheeses, and other deli items according to company standards.
  
• You will also be required to perform quality control checks on finished products, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and assist with shutdown procedures at the end of each shift.
  
• Additionally, you will be expected to understand and comply with all safety protocols and regulations, including proper lifting techniques and usage of equipment.
  
• As a Deli Slicer, you will work closely with our retail partners to ensure the highest quality customer service and meet sales targets.
  

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  
• Ability to apply knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products to the nuances of everyday operation.
  
• Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture.
  
• Able to read and understand production requirements.
