JD Group - Supervisor Role

As a key member of the JD Group team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and customer satisfaction in our retail stores. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team, who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales associate skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all employees and customers, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective visual merchandising plans.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
