Job Title: Building Control Surveyor

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Building Control Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' construction projects meet the required building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce building regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure safety.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with emergency services to respond to potentially dangerous structures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree or HNC in a construction-related discipline.
  • Membership of a professional body such as RICS, CABE, or CIOB.
  • Achieved or working towards a minimum of Class 2 registration.
  • 5 years of experience in building control, either with a local authority or private organization.
