**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fiscal Analyst to join our team at Motorsport Network. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and clear shipments in Customs Duty Mailbox to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, commercial operations, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Work with MSO to create support and invoices for customer cars being imported for service, ensuring compliance with statutory timelines and regulations.
  • Manage data in spreadsheets to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Download financial data from SAP and analyze it in line with requests from the Tax Manager to support monthly VAT and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Master Spreadsheets for MSO assets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
