Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Consultant in Respiratory to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist opinions on respiratory and general medicine conditions, leading a team, and contributing to research and clinical audit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide specialist opinions on respiratory and general medicine conditions
  • Lead a team and contribute to research and clinical audit initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans and protocols
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Evidence of recent involvement in clinical audit and/or quality improvement
  • A commitment to continuing medical education and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in respiratory medicine
  • An ability to work in a team, delegate appropriately, and communicate clearly and effectively with patients, relatives, and staff
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £90,000 - £110,000, depending on experience.
