About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Reporting Manager to join our Insurance and Money Services team at Tesco Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering IMS wide management reporting and forecasting used to support Executive and Group Leadership team discussions on business performance and outlook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce IMS wide month end reporting for Executive Committee.
  • Run the timeline and coordination of the Budgeting & Forecasting cycles within IMS.
  • Coordinate the IMS finance team input to rolling forecast and full year outlook performance.
  • Provide Adhoc analysis support across the Decision support teams
  • Maintain and renew a knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards.
  • Work with data and technical teams to align on any accounting standard impacts to reporting.

Requirements

  • Professional accountancy qualification.
  • Financial planning and forecasting experience.
  • Financial reporting and/or management accounting experience.
  • Understanding of relevant external regulation Proficient user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
