Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Participate in month-end procedures to ensure financial accuracy
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly payment runs to ensure timely payment
  • Match and code invoices to the system to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Assist in implementing a new software system to improve financial processes
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the finance team as needed
