Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Medlock Partners Limited. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process high volumes of invoices, utilizing multiple systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Set up and maintain supplier records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Gain authorizations from other contacts in the business, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Release purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Resolve queries efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
- Reconcile supplier statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process payment runs in multiple currencies, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping and accounts payable processes.
- Previous experience in accounts payable, with knowledge of transactional finance and double entry accounting.
- Ability to work well in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
