Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Fairmont St. Andrews. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with menu items, providing recommendations and answering questions in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Take table orders for all food and beverage, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve guests in a professional and positive manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work behind the bar as a bar server on occasions, providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Ensure the smooth running of each table, clearing and setting out tables ready for the next guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.

Requirements

  • Service-focused personality with a passion for food and beverage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example.
