Multilingual Sales Representative for German Market

We are looking for a highly skilled Multilingual Sales Representative for German Market to join our international sales team. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to utilize their language skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

About the Role:

  • Contact business clients and sector organisations to encourage them to complete all assessments and documents
  • Making the required number of calls in each campaign
  • Identify potential queries to allow enough time to solve this query for completion
  • Provide professional support to all users and ensure that calling activity is undertaken professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to the team lead and other departments as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • Work in team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

  • Fluency in either German or Dutch
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Previous sales experience preferred - this is an proactive, outbound call role
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a high volume outbound calling environment would be beneficial
  • Ideally experienced in a busy SaaS business, working to deadlines and resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Comfortable working towards individual targets and SLAs

Working Arrangements:

  • Based in Manchester, with 2 days per week office-based (Monday & Tuesday) and 3 days per week remote / work from home (WFH)
  • Working hours to the German markets - 08:00am - 16:00h

Salary and Benefits:

  • A basic salary of £23,400 + bonuses (OTE of c£31,000) + benefits
  • A comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, life assurance, and a generous holiday allowance
