Job Opportunity

Corporate Solicitor - £65,000+ Salary & Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a highly capable Corporate Solicitor to lead on transactions and support the ex-magic circle Partners in a leading national team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate matters, a strong academic profile, and a high level of commerciality and motivation to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on transactions and advise clients on acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and reorganisations, private equity and venture capital, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, LLPs and partnerships, start-ups, private investors, and business advisory.
  • Support the ex-magic circle Partners in their work.
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities.
