About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Services Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Finance team at BDO UK. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients, helping them achieve their business ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the Corporate Finance team, working closely with Assistant Directors, Directors, and Partners to drive business growth and development.
  • Project manage larger Corporate Finance engagements, identifying and resolving project issues prior to Partner review.
  • Assume responsibilities for project execution and delivery to timelines, including management of other service lines.
  • Lead the development of existing and new service stream practices.
  • Act as a mentor to team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their personal career goals.
  • Convert existing opportunities into future corporate finance work, and identify new project opportunities for Corporate Finance.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
