Transaction Services Director

As a Transaction Services Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, while also developing team members. You will have a good understanding of and experience in financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors, and/or reporting accountant's work.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial due diligence projects, overseeing day-to-day progress and driving the delivery of quality transaction advice to clients.
- Create environments where team members can thrive, supporting their development and progression.
- Work across multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing clients and teams effectively.
- Take ownership of commercial and risk management, helping the team to use new tools and approaches.
- Maintain existing client and referrer relationships through Key Account Management programmes.
- Deliver pitches and presentations to win work and grow the brand.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and take ownership of projects to implement change.
- Help team members to thrive through involvement in activities such as people management, learning and development, and recruitment.
- Good working knowledge of transaction services.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous development.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
