As a Pre Construction Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project strategies, working closely with the General Manager, Commercial Manager, Construction Manager, Quantity Surveyors, and Divisional Managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with estimating software, business development, and client contacts to sniff out future construction opportunities.
