Overview:


As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a dynamic and inclusive setting.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Teach and support pupils in and out of the classroom, focusing on personal development and behavior management.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson plans and adapt materials to meet the needs of learners with SEND.
  • Take charge of the classroom environment, promoting positive behavior and encouraging active learning.


Requirements:



  • Prior experience working with children and young adults with challenging behavior is essential.
  • A team player attitude with a positive and flexible approach to work is crucial.
  • Punctuality, organization, and experience within an SEND school or setting are highly valued.
