Job Title: Submarine Operations Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Submarine Operations Trainer to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd. As an Officer of the Watch Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering Ship Control training to students with a wide range of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide training to students with a wide range of experience, predominantly within SCT discipline but also to provide assistance with generic training, for example Astute Class Familiarisation.
* Deliver training to prescribed standards and within contractual requirements.
* Liaise with the Training Design (TD) team and provide SME support for the routine review and amendment of SCT, OPS or SMQ courseware.
* Provide Subject Matter Expert support to the review and evaluation of technical data/notifications of change, identifying the impact of change on existing courseware.

Requirements:

* Comprehensive knowledge and recent experience of operating Submarine Ship Control systems.
* Previous experience of training delivery (desirable).
