About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the healthcare team at HMP Bullingdon, a busy remand prison near Bicester.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including coordinating clinics, chasing referrals, and arranging hospital appointments.
  • Manage patient information using SystmOne, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in the substance misuse admin team as needed, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain databases, producing reports as required to support the team.
