About the Role

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Clinical Administration Lead. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to take on a leadership position and contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality administration processes within the Department of Orthopaedics.

As a Clinical Administration Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of access targets, cancer targets, and ensuring data quality within a specialty area. You will also manage the Clinical Administration Team for the specialty area, providing day-to-day line management and professional supervision to team members.

To be successful in this role, you will need recent experience working in a Band 4 Administration Team Lead role or equivalent, as well as substantial NHS experience working in a booking/secretarial/waiting list management role. You should have sound knowledge of RTT and cancer waiting times, and supervision/management experience.

This is a full-time position, offering a salary range of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
