">We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join our award-winning team in Canterbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
">You will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including leasehold, freehold, newbuild properties, remortgages, and lease extension work.
- Providing expert advice to clients on residential property matters, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
- Working closely with our team to deliver high-quality services to clients, maintaining our position as a leading provider of residential property services in Canterbury.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in residential property law, ensuring our team remains knowledgeable and compliant.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in residential property law, preferably with experience in leasehold, freehold, and newbuild properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex cases efficiently.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits and Salary
">We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' annual leave, hybrid working, and access to employee discounts and rewards.
