Job Description

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cover Supervisor, providing essential support to our school in ensuring that lessons are covered by a dedicated professional who is fully committed to our behaviour management and teaching and learning strategies.

The successful candidate will have the drive and ambition to demonstrate excellent practice within the classroom, putting young people first and having the highest expectations of themselves, the pupils, and others. Great interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with pupils, as well as following our school's behaviour systems and procedures, are key to effective classroom management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the school in ensuring that lessons are covered by a dedicated professional
  • Develop positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Follow the school's behaviour systems and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
