Job Description

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the school in ensuring that lessons are covered by a dedicated professional who is fully committed to supporting the school's behaviour management and teaching and learning strategies.

The successful candidate will have the drive and ambition to demonstrate excellent practice within the classroom across the school. They will put young people first and have the highest expectations of themselves, the pupils and others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the school in ensuring that lessons are covered by a dedicated professional
  • Demonstrate excellent practice within the classroom
  • Develop positive relationships with pupils and follow the school's behaviour systems and procedures

Requirements

The right candidate will have great interpersonal skills, the ability to develop positive relationships with pupils, and the following of the school's behaviour systems and procedures.
