About the Role

The Senior Corporate Governance Analyst will lead the development and implementation of corporate governance policy, coordinating engagement activity on corporate governance and other areas within Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective corporate governance strategies
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Mason Blake's ESG objectives

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in ESG, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in asset management or a consultancy firm serving asset managers. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
