Registered Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead a fantastic residential and supported living service in the York area.
This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and supported living services, with a focus on quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
- Ensure the service is compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide a comprehensive support network for service users.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in a residential and supported living setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with service users, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
