About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Shepway Community Team in Kent. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a range of care and support needs, working collaboratively with them, their families, and carers to achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Act (MCA) Assessments, and Court of Protection applications
  • Undertake safeguarding enquiries and provide support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with community teams to develop and implement person-centered plans
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
About You

We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified Social Workers who can demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. You will hold a registration with Social Work England and have a high level of literacy and communication skills, both verbal and written.
