Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Axon Moore.

As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents. You will verify and reconcile invoices and statements with purchase orders and receipts.

Your duties will include maintaining accounts payable and receivable records in a timely manner, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, and performing data entry tasks related to financial transactions.

You will communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding payment-related queries and discrepancies.

You will also assist in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes, monitor and track outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.

Requirements:

Previous experience within a financial administration or Accounts Payable position is essential. You should have AAT or working towards a similar qualification. Experience with systems such as Dynamic or Microsoft Excel is also required.

You will possess strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

You will have good telephone management skills and be confident at communicating at all levels.
