We are seeking a skilled and courteous Customer Service Advisor to join our busy accident repair centre in Reading.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns in a fair and transparent way.
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the Body Shop Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives.
- Previous experience working in a modern accident repair centre.
- Excellent customer service and organisation skills.
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience of cash credit control and ability to work accurately with numbers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
