Family Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Family First Worker. This role involves working closely with families to provide support and guidance in accessing local community services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families to understand their needs and goals.
- Provide information and guidance on local services and resources available to families.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting families.
- Conduct home visits and community outreach to engage with families and provide support.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children and families in a community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local services and resources available to families.
