Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Software Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Security Engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.



About the Role


  • Lead the development of secure software solutions, including design, implementation, and testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and implementation guides
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers on security best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats, and adapt our security controls accordingly

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and security engineering
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices and threat modeling
  • Experience with development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills


Preferred Qualifications


  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
  • CISSP or equivalent certification
  • Experience with cloud-based security architectures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
