About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Reach International Inc. in a permanent position. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements across various industry sectors, identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients, and developing junior staff to reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements across multiple industry sectors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement business strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Manage and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with both internal and external requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to foster client solutions and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Must be fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent.
- Strong external audit experience, preferably across FTSE listed or international clients.
- US GAAP reporting skills are desirable but not essential.
- Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
- Experience in managing high-performance teams.
