ACCA Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced ACCA / ACA qualified Audit Manager to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd. As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading on-site audits from initiation through to completion, managing resources, tasks, and timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Audit Quality and Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that audits are conducted to the highest standards, adhering to industry regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and Support Junior Auditors: You will review and support the work of junior auditors, guiding their professional development and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Prepare and Submit Audit Reports: You will prepare and submit detailed audit findings reports, identifying key risks and concerns, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of PQE: You should possess 1-2 years of post-qualification experience working in a similar accountancy firm.
- Understanding of Accounting and Auditing: You should have a solid understanding of accounting, auditing, and corporate taxation principles.
- ACCA / ACA Qualified: You should be ACCA / ACA qualified and have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Background in Overseeing Audit Juniors: You should have experience in overseeing and developing audit juniors, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
