Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
We're currently recruiting for a skilled Barista to join our team on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-quality beverages and serving food that delights our customers
  • Maintaining a clean bar area
  • Receiving and processing payments
  • Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
  • Maintaining stock levels of clean mugs and plates
  • Learning about brewing methods and beverage blends
  • Checking equipment operation and reporting maintenance needs
  • Representing the brand and maintaining a positive image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will be a brilliant communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. Previous experience in customer service is essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain exceptional timekeeping and reliability. Hands-on experience with brewing equipment is also required.
