Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining AI language models, ensuring they generate accurate, coherent, and contextually relevant responses.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement AI Prompts: Develop creative and effective AI prompts that guide the behavior of language models.
- Collaborate with AI Researchers: Work closely with AI researchers to develop, test, and iterate prompt engineering strategies.
- Fine-Tune AI Models: Fine-tune AI models to produce high-quality, context-aware, and unbiased responses.
- Explore Methods for Improvement: Investigate methods to improve the coherence, relevance, and diversity of AI-generated content.
- Integrate with Software Engineers: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate prompt-engineered models into our products.
- Stay Up-to-Date with AI Advancements: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing.
- Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in text generation, or similar AI-related roles.
- Skills: Experience in developing NLP models and systems, with a focus on prompt engineering or conversational AI. Advanced programming skills in languages such as Python, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.
- Additional Requirements: Familiarity with AI model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Large-Scale AI Model Deployment: Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
- Contributions to Open-Source AI Projects: Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
- Understanding of Ethical Considerations: Understanding of ethical considerations and bias mitigation in AI systems.
