Membership Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Assistant to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing data in our CRM platform, supporting member engagement activities, and coordinating logistical planning of member meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data in our CRM platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Support member engagement activities, including generating high-quality CRM reports and dashboards
  • Coordinate logistical planning of member meetings and events, including delivering end-to-end administration processes
  • Collate content for newsletters and update content on our website
  • Support subscription services administration
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms
  • CRM superuser
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good working knowledge of Sharepoint
