Purpose of the Role:

The successful candidate will participate in the build and presentation of the garage environment, associated support equipment, and individual car parts. This role may involve unsociable hours, extensive travel, and time away from home. The trainee will be required to carry out security duties and demonstrate flexibility in their approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The trainee will be involved in practical, hands-on duties that require mechanical, electrical, and IT aptitude, as well as a willingness to learn on the job.
  • The trainee should demonstrate a high level of detail and be able to communicate effectively.
  • Training programs will be created to ensure the trainee receives exposure to each area that involves the support crew, sea freight, and air freight.
  • The trainee should be able to absorb information and follow instructions.
  • The trainee will be responsible for ensuring security duties are fulfilled and company IP is protected.
  • Operation of forklifts will be required, with training provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering quality work under tight deadlines with conflicting priorities.
  • Experience of working in a highly technical environment.
  • Ability to contribute to component fault diagnosis.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
