About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Barista Maestro to lead our team at Fosse Park Shopping Centre, Leicester. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality store standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be confident in your ability to motivate and develop your team, as well as implement effective strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences
  • Maximise sales by making the most of people's talents and creating an engaging store environment
  • Train and accredit new Baristas to maintain high-quality store standards
  • Drive high standards every time, whether that's through the quality of an espresso or monthly coffee excellence scores
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
