We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Scotland, responsible for overseeing multi-disciplinary rail and civil engineering projects.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have significant experience in project management, with a strong understanding of rail infrastructure standards and multi-disciplinary project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the rail or civil engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of rail infrastructure standards and multi-disciplinary project delivery.
  • Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • SMSTS and PTS certifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams on complex projects.
  • Full UK driving license.
Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
