Overnight Support Worker for Children with Disabilities

CareTech Group is seeking a dedicated Overnight Support Worker to join our team in Dudley.
Our home provides a nurturing and supportive environment for up to eight young people, all of whom have learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and may display associated behaviors. Many of the children communicate through various methods such as picture boards, Smartbox devices, and Makaton.

As an Overnight Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of these children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Supporting with daily living activities, including meal preparation and household chores.
- Encouraging social interaction and participation in recreational activities.
- Monitoring the children's health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
