Health and Safety Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at a leading entertainment provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety risk assessments and data trends across the South portfolio, implementing health and safety policies and procedures, and conducting investigations and reporting on significant incidents and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Manage health and safety risk assessments and data trends across the South portfolio
  • Conduct investigations and report on significant incidents and claims
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits across all venues and offices within the region
  • Collaborate with contractors and customers to ensure safety is implemented and followed accordingly, in relation to events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a multi-site Health and Safety role, ideally within Hospitality, Retail, or a customer-facing environment
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent as a minimum
  • Excellent communication skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders in a corporate environment
  • Ability to travel to sites with occasional overnight stays
