Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage Team as a Food and Beverage Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
- Assist in the set-up, preparation, and provision of food and beverage services
- Ensure that guests are greeted, seated, and provided with menus promptly
- Ensure that all guests' requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
- Ensure that food and beverage departments are ready for service and that areas are left ready for the next shift
- Familiarise yourself with menus and as much information about the food and beverage offering available
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately
- Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders
- Set up, clear, and promptly service tables after use
- Maintain a good standard of food safety, allergen, and hygiene
- Ensure that food and beverage areas are clean and well-presented at all times
- Deal with guest comments in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure that all cash, charge, float, and till procedures are carried out in line with agreed procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good standard of education and a willingness to learn
- Experience of dealing with people
- Great attention to detail and excellent standards of customer care
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Reliable and able to work under pressure as a team or alone
- Good time keeping and attendance
- Flexible approach to work
- Excellent standard of personal appearance and hygiene
- Able to follow instruction
